Distance Sales Contract

Buyer: the WinwayStats member who purchases a Winway Plus subscription, with the details registered in their account.

2. Subject

This Contract governs the sale and performance of the Winway Plus subscription chosen by the Buyer, under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Service and Price

The package, its content, period and price (taxes included) are as shown on the Packages screen and in the Preliminary Information Form at the time of purchase.

4. Payment

Payment is collected through Google Play. The purchase is also subject to Google Play's terms.

5. Performance, Term and Renewal

The package becomes active immediately after the purchase is confirmed. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled; cancellation via Google Play > Subscriptions takes effect at the end of the current period.

6. Change of Package

When the Buyer changes package, the old package ends immediately and the value of its remaining time is added to the new package as time, according to Google Play's rules. Only one package can be active on an account at a time.

7. Right of Withdrawal

As the service is performed instantly in electronic form, the right of withdrawal does not apply under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation.

8. Obligations of the Seller

The Seller provides the package features for the period paid. Planned maintenance and changes to features are announced in advance where possible. Packages give no advantage in coins, points, ranking or rewards; no real money is involved.

9. Obligations of the Buyer

The Buyer complies with the User Agreement and does not transfer their account or package to others.

10. Disputes

The Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are competent within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.

11. Entry into Force

This Contract is concluded electronically and deemed accepted when the Buyer completes the subscription purchase. It can be viewed at any time in the app and at winwaystats.com; an information e-mail is sent when the subscription starts.
